Every calligram comes with a document that certifies that it is an authentic and original work of art created by the artist Elisa Salas. As in a Very Limited Edition Art New Media Creation on digital inks corresponding to a unique possession of the piece. With all art pieces enumerated and signed by the artist between the calligraphy that composes the image, at the back of the canvas with Montblanc ink or/and at the front with invisible ink. Every art work of this new media that is acquired is just as original as his 2 other siblings because of the nature of the creative process of the artist, which involves a fusion between plastic and digital art, the last step of the creation being a calligraphic drawing. In other words, there is no negative of which the pieces are reproduced, but each comes directly from a unique digital art final composition never to be materialized after the last piece of the edition finds its owner. It also counts with her steel plate signature somewhere on it. There may exist up to two (2) color proofs of the art works, with those proofs being identified. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is in violation of the Copyright Law.

This archival inks canvas was created within a visual concept that the artist experiences inspired by the greek visual poet, Simias de Rodes, asian calligraphy, hieroglyphics, zoomorphic islamic texts and Guillaume Apollinaire’s calligrams.

As long as the work has not suffered damages such as scratches, blows or other physical or chemical nature caused by unwrapping without gloves or precaution, if the collector is not satisfied with the work, the artist will receive it back and make a refund. 

The shipping cost depends on the real or volumetric weight of the art work and the distance from the artist's studio in Mexico City to the final destination. It is professionally wrapped to size in Foamcore or Bubblewrap and a customized box with corner protectors.

If the distance to travel is international and further than the South of the US it is recomended to quote a wooden box in the conctact form, although, depending on the Countrie's Law, Shipment Companies forbid the entrance of some of the large formats art works inside a wooden box or with the frame of golden venetian box because of he latest customs houses health agreements regarding termite pests and wood frames.  

First coined in 1991 by plastic artist Jack Duganne, the word "Giclee" refers to the process of creating fine art prints from digital sources.The name giclee (derived from the French "to spray or squirt") refers to the inkjet printer's capability to spray more than 4 million microscopic droplets of ink per second onto canvas or paper acid free. Nowadays, contemporary museums and galleries such as The MOMA NY, Guggenheim Bilbao, Modern Art Museum of San Francisco, Reina Sofía Museum, ecc expose and sell this pieces as any other, stating that the Digital Art Era has come to stay and are as valuable as analogue aquafortes or photographs. 

Pigment based archival inks are employed, rather than dyes on giclee prints so they  have much better archival properties than lithographies or silkscreen printing. With a typical light fastness rating of 100-200 years, although it's worth not exposing them to the sunlight directly to increase the color fidelity time. In addition, the finish is both smudge-proof and waterproof, and can be varnished with UV protective substances that can imitate brushwork or palette-knife produced textures, thus giving it the feel of a plastic painting. UV protective varnishes can also increase durability and make colours seem richer.
